Welcome to Phoenix Rising Wellness, LLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified in EMDR therapy and have been in the field since 2005. I love working with individuals seeking to improve their life circumstances and work through old messages and patterns that no longer serve them. A great deal of my clients are survivors of trauma in a variety of ways and together we untangle the impact those traumas have had on their lives currently. I often work with adolescents and adults, mostly individuals but at times families. I am dually licensed in Mental Health and Addictions treatment with a primary focus on trauma. In addition to working with clients, I also have a thriving supvervisory and consultative practice with other practitioners. I provide Licensure Supervision as well as consultation for Complex Trauma and EMDR therapy Certification. I deeply enjoy watching fellow practitioners gain skills as they grow into their own practices. I am currently working on becoming an Approved Consultant for EMDR therapists learning EMDR therapy and seeking Certification through EMDRIA. Because of this, I am able to offer lowered rates for consultation for any therapists seeking Certification or simply wanting to improve their overall EMDR practice. While I have a waiting list for clients, I am able to start working with therapists seeking Certification right away. I provide group and individual consultation so please reach out if you are interested!
